In Tampa, the busiest days for florists are Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and the weeks before prom and Christmas, when prices rise and delivery windows fill up, so order several days ahead. Across Florida, delivery fees depend on distance, and hospitals and funeral homes have their own drop-off hours. For a wedding, book a consultation six to twelve months out and bring photos and a budget; for sympathy flowers, the shop can deliver straight to the funeral home if you give the service time. Check the listing for hours, delivery area and Google rating, and call to confirm what is in season.
Hours are published for 6 days a week. The most common schedule is 9 amβ5:30 pm. Note that it does not open on Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach FLORA Fine Flowers & Events at (813) 837-0509; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Its website is florafineflowers.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

Tampa is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Tampa is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Florida's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Words cannot express how happy I am to have worked with Chris and his team for my wedding. We went to him with fairly vague ideas of what we wanted, and he completely brought our ideas to life in a way that was better than we ever imagined! Our florals were absolutely stunning! We got so many compliments on them following the wedding. It helps that Chris is such a joy to work with. When we reached out to them, wedding planning had become fairly stressful, so it was so relieving to have the floral planning be so seamless (and actually fun). He clearly loves and cares very much about his work, and it shows! We will, without question, be working with Flora for any and all floral needs in our future. Thank you again!!!

We had the most incredible experience with Chris and the team! From the very beginning, he completely understood our vision. The florals were absolutely stunning and we were blown away. We were planning our wedding from out of town and it was seamless communicating with him. Highly recommend Flora Fine!!

Housed in a quaint bungalow built in 1930, florist Chris Giglio has been in this location for about eight years after establishing his business in South Tampa. He does a ton of flowers for the Casperβs family and lots of high-end businesses south of Kennedy, but still prefers Tampa Heights and Seminole Heights for its Tampa earthiness. His arrangements are beautiful. The orchids he has are unique. When you go into the shop, itβs like stepping back in time into a floral parlor. The businessβs name comes from a painting by Luca Giordano of Flora, the Roman goddess of flowers, spring, gardens, and blossoming plants. On the exterior of the houseβs south east corner, a portrait of Chrisβs mother is framed next to the sign. Her nickname was Red. She was, he said, very fiery. Parking: Street parking on Keyes Avenue.

Cannot recommend Chris and his team enough! From our first meeting we knew that we could completely trust him to understand our vision and beautifully bring it to life. Whenever I had questions they were on the phone with me making sure everything was taken care of. One of my favorite parts of the wedding day was seeing our gorgeous flowers. We cannot thank Flora fine flowers enough!!

When we decided on our Venue, Flora Fine was one of three vendors that was recommended to me. Out the bat, Chrisβ response and transparency were exactly why we decided to go with him. From our very first email, to our first phone call I knew I could trust him completely with our wedding floral vision (and I knew I would absolutely love working with him). We had a vision of minimal very simple floral bud vases, all white. I showed one picture to him and he went with it. I was a bit worried I didnβt give him enough info or if the flowers we chose wouldnβt be quite right but when we came to see him in person for our floral sample we were absolutely blown away. He took our vision and made it 100000% better. Come our wedding day, what we saw during our floral sample was magnified tenfold. We were already so excited by what we saw then but when we actually saw it in the venue, set up with everything - it took our breath away. It was absolute perfection. Chris + Team you guys are rockstars, great visionaries, and just all around amazing people. I cannot recommend Flora Fine enough, and I literally cannot wait until we have our 5 year anniversary so we can do this again!
